Deskripsi Pekerjaan
– Create visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, and other
digital platforms.
– Develop creative concepts and social media campaign ideas aligned with the
brand direction.
– Handle content scheduling, posting, and basic copywriting for daily/weekly posts.
– Monitor engagement and compile simple performance reports.
– Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, lookbooks, and promotional assets.
– Ensure all designs and content are consistent with the fashion brand’s guidelines and identity.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team, Brand Associate, and other internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
Kualifikasi
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media or graphic design, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industry.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and basic video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, VN, etc.).
– Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
– Ability to create aesthetic, fashion-forward content and follow brand guidelines.
– Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
– Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
