Deskripsi Pekerjaan
– Update and upload new products (Tours, Activities, Merchandise, Cultural Show, Museum Ticket, Yacht Charters, and Special Events) on the Bintan Resorts website and mobile app.
– Ensure product information, pricing, and visuals are accurate and engaging.
– Support the selling process of digital tickets and online products.
– Assist in improving the UI/UX of the website marketplace to enhance customer journey.
– Set up and execute monthly campaigns or promotions on the website and app.
– Prepare campaign briefs for the creative team.
– Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance to recommend improvements.
– Collaborate with the marketing communications (MarComm) team, including assisting with FAM trips, influencer collaborations, and event support.
Kualifikasi
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
– Familiar with CMS WordPress and WooCommerce system.
– Strong interest in UI/UX design principles; basic knowledge or coursework in UI/UX is required.
– Tech-savvy, quick learner, and proactive problem solver.
– Strong attention to detail, especially when handling product content.
– Good communication and teamwork skills to work with creative and marketing teams.
– Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, online campaigns, promotions) is a plus.
– Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is an advantage.
– Willing to be placed in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
