About the job:
Monitor key Collection performance indicators. Present any findings/insights and actionable recommendations to management in a weekly regular meeting.
Work closely with the collections team to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
Regularly evaluate and adjust collection strategies through data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.
Work with data science team to integrate advanced analytics into collection strategies.
Continuously implement A/B testing for different collection strategies to determine which approaches are most effective and optimize recovery.
Actively identify opportunities to improve Collection performance.
Participate on new product/program launch and process change implementation.
